Buyer Beware! FarrahFawcett.us Backup & Selling.
In clear violation of the "cease and desist order" by Farrah Fawcett's estate. In light of all the customer complaints and accusations of fraud to the FBI and the Postal Inspectors. With customers still complaining that they have yet to receive the items they bought prior to Farrah's death. Despite all of this Greg Lott has decided in his wisdom, to put publish the FarrahFawcett.us website. Yes he's selling Farrah's pictures and memorabilia. At least he took down "proceeds go to charity" line from the website. Now just assuming here, the car washing gig, didn't make enough money to produce all the items that were backlogged to awaiting customers. My theory Greg is taking orders on new items to make money to produce the items to sell to the awaiting customers. Now this is very similar to what Bernie Maddoff did to his many clients, it's called a ponzi scheme. Named after the famous con man Charles Ponzi http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme. Now I have reported before, that Greg Lott, attempted to see Farrah to sign over her rights in the website to Greg aka (Relentless Corp) for 10.00. I see the website is owned Relentless Corp. Now I know that Greg did not get FF permission to put this site up and no contracts were signed when Greg Lott was here as he was unable to see Farrah. So how did he get the permission to publish this site and in essance take money again from Farrah's Estate.

ReplyDeleteI was very concerned when Ryan shut down the site and was afraid I would not get my stuff due to the fact that the site was down.
But I got my order in the 6-8 week time frame as website stated from day one that is how long orders will take.

HI DR MILLER, My computer was acting up and so I have a geek here doing work on the central line-or whatever . Ok first and fast Do you know anything about BIOFREEZE-I was cleaning something and pulled a muscle . Typing with one hand- LOL I do have pain medication but It hurts like heck- A client here is a Chiropractor and he swears by this stuff, but I am freaking - Ok so as for as Greg Lott ,is he really the one who opened the site- My friend was looking at the application or something and it did not show Greg or Relentless- It would come up and then go away?

I do know that he was a work of art. I at first thought it was Greg, but I dont think it is- this comp geek could not find a Greg. I just wish we could get a site and have Farrah's memory continue- I sent 2 emails and they are returned ? Who knows ?
My order did come from The Lubbock address,their was ALITTLE HELL IN THE HALLWAY BUT I GOT TO THE ENTRANCE- Greg is something else. Now I cannot get him to answer .

Well the site is up and running, but it needs a huge make over. What about the Farrah Fawcett Foundation. First I heard it was bogus and then you see it mentioned everywhere. Is is good, not good, and if not, we need to start one somehow. Farrah wanted more cancer research done with the type of cancer she had and other rare forms. So, suggestions? Anybody know anything?

No its Greg, its under the fearless corp. that is the corp that Greg tried to get FF to sign off on, and couldn't. So greg is hiding under Fearless corp. He is running the webpage out of the bahamas so he can't be touched. The Guy in Fl, is Kieth sunde. Greg hates him, Greg says he embezzeled 4K from Farrah and is keeping alot of stuff that is owed Greg.

1. If you have to PAY to get an autograph, then I say MOVE ON! Like come on now!
2. When merchandise is OVER PRICED! Again I say MOVE ON! ESPECIALLY when there is NOTHING special about the item!
3. When messages are posted saying to HELP out that specific Star in their expenses, such as the case with Farrah's... then I say .... RED LIGHT ALERT!!!! If you haven't MOVED ON .... then book your ass right out of there, right then and there!
Another thing. Okay so Farrah owned the rights to her poster. Again, something we'll never know for sure, now, since the law suit was dropped. BUT I kind of believe Farrah did own the rights. Anyway, so let's say she owned the poster. What made her think that there are so many 'fools' out there that will spend $100 on her poster??? COME ON! Why couldn't she have made it more affordable???? $100 for a poster is TOO MUCH! and this is not 1976 or 1977!!! No wonder people will go else where to purchase it! Then it is said that who ever purchases the poster 'illegally' is also breaking the law! What about over charging a person? Is that not INDIRECTLY STEALING???

When the poster first came to her site partial proceeds were for cancer research and that was stated when it was first put up for sale when farrah was doing well. But you can get the original on ebay for 10.00 30.00 on ebay new .
If the site does ever start selling again I hope the prices go down unless it's something very very rare.
But Farrah had to approve the prices from the begining so that was her idea

I personally believe ALANA was a true friend to Farrah !! As for the grave stone marking, thats NOT Alana's job to do that, I am sure its being taken care of, and for all we know there might be a reason as to why its not done yet. As well, there is NOTHING wrong with Alana working ! Plenty of people go back to work after losing a loved one, what should Alana do ? Moving on is perfectly NORMAL !

I know just what you mean- Ok for example, I only buy nice original magazines, I do not buy autographed items, simply because they were not in person, I LIKE PERSONAL- I like you have a vast collection . I have personal items.
Signed to me in person- I am the guy who buy's 2 magazines, one to store and one to read. I see your point in value. Ok What happened was Keith was holding items that were to go to Greg, yet when Greg was shut dow in the middle of the night Keith was going to sale them on ebay at some point. I can guarantee you that the things said about Farrah's site were slander, and done in a jealous manner. They acused Mike Pingel , and others of forging- I will never believe this.
Farrah adored Mike, Farrah signed tons of things , ton's- and they were prepared setting to be sent under RELENTLESS- in LUBBOCK. Greg knew Farrah , Farrah prepared as you know a plan and Greg was only guilty of one thing I know of and it was being a little slow. Ok if you look back you will see that these charges all happened after Ryan shut the site down. It was to halt any income- Did Greg make a fortune ? NO ! AS MY COMMON HORSE SENSE WOULD TELL ME WHY ,JUST WHY CUT YOUR OWN THROAT IF YOUR MAKING A FORTUNE- I doubt seriously that the sales were at a peak until Farrah's story aired. By then we collectors know damn well it''s a war to get limited items- AND WE SAW THE LIMIT- Ryan had it closed .
Again Allen has posted his facts, he will answer you. He is very good about addressing us, Now yes I am terribly hurt over alot. a whole lot. But Farrah loved you , she loved her fans, she would never put a less than adiquate person who held her namesake in the position Greg Has. She tore into Playboy over every detail . Unless Lott is in the Bahamas with the FF.us website host, he's within US jurisdiction and can be sued and the US courts can obtain personal jurisdiction over him for operating the FF.us website in violation of the cease and desist court order.

I really would like to know does anyone on here find it ODD that as soon as Farrah left the hospital for the hematoma and we saw in Farrah's story with Redmond that she was not all there due to her health declining that all these people that were shut out?
ReplyDeleteBefore she became very sedated these people were still in her life and I mean Greg and Craig Nevious,infact Craig was a spokesman while Farrah was in the hospital with the hematoma.
So I strongly believe Greg and Craig were forced out of Farrah's life not by Farrah.Im sorry but in that scene with Redmond in Farrah's story is the same time certain people were cut out of her life and there is NO WAY she knew that this was happening.
Greg Lott did an excellent job running that site and came through on every order. After Farrah died he may have gotten behind,but remember people he lost someone he knew for over 40yrs. And that letter Farrah wrote to him Dec 12th 2008 was 6 months before she died and if there was fraud going on she would have known that by then. Greg is an easy target for these people and it's about control with them not Greg. He was selling merchandise that FF approved and like I said before if this was 1976-1980 Im sure that website would have made millions but it's not and if people believe Greg was getting rich off of 30.00 tee shirts think again!
Before anyone jumps to conclusions look at everyones actions that are involved in this and I mean everyone before making a judgement

You seem to have something against Greg and I really don't know what it is, did you order something and not recieve it? Greg said everyone will get their items and he needed time to mourn the loss of his friend for over 40yrs and the website being shut down maybe he did not have access to everything or the list of orders.
Texboy claims this Keith person stole alot of things from the website and as Allen miller said in a previous post that this Keith person even tried to steal money from Farrah herself before she had cancer and fired him. Your taking my words and point out of contex.
Also Greg is not out of the country so that's a lie.

That's how this all started when Craig nevious filed the lawsuit and Greg reported it in the news section on FF.US and then tabloidbaby showed the documents that looked like someone signed something in a haze or just plain forgery. That's what pissed Ryan off and my personal opinion is if your NOT GUILTY of something then you don't have to be so defensive. Ryan knew that many people would flock to FF.US after Farrah died and I believe he wanted NO ONE to read that and that's why I think he did everything to shut it down.

ReplyDeleteFarrah would never want her son filmed in handcuffs,the woman had no idea that there were cameras there. So all this about they cut people off because farrah was in bad shape,yet they did'nt cut the camera off.
If I had good intentions that camera would have been turned off and stayed off from april-june 25th 2009 and I would have allowed those close to her to at least have 10 minutes with her. But I guess that's just what I would do. Maybe Im wrong and filming a dying woman who Im sure did not know was the right thing to do,after all a sequel would make alot of money for certain people.

Yes, even Ryan.. no matter how violent the relationship with Farrah was. No, I do not agree with Ryan; but she did choose to have him in her life. I don't know a lot about their relationship; still have not read a lot of the VF article, I'm on page 306 almost at the end of that page. I will never understand what she saw in him, especially over Lee who was one hunky man.. But Ryan had a hold on her.
It's possible that the good outweighed the bad. I've been in relationships like that. These days we know more about hormones; which IMO also could have contributed to her cancer if she was on synthetic for the menopause. Add to that birth control. This is why I think more of us will be diagnosed with this cancer she had.
Anyway, back to Ryan.. I feel that yes, it's possible she signed that paper, and I also feel that it is recorded; they would be stupid to not record it. Now, did she understand it? Probably not but does Greg & Craig have enough money to fight in a court of law?
Nikki, I think it was Redmond that ok'd the filming of him there in cuffs. He's an adult. While fans don't agree with it, it was an important part of what happened. I, as a viewer get comfort when I see it. Yes, it's sad; but the comfort comes from knowing he saw him mom. I still think Red will find comfort from it; I think it will help him stay clean.
ReplyDeleteAs far as cutting people off; it had to be done. I feel it would have been posted on the FF.us site and a "death vigil" would have started. Let's count down the last days of FF. I'm not exactly sure how close FF & GL were; I do not feel he was a "main player" in her life.
When my dad was getting weak, then bedridden, we had no clue he was going; he chose to not speak to certain family. The person had said something to him months earlier; he was not up to facing them. He did not have the energy. He also did not have the energy to stop another local family member.
My item was a shirt. But in May it was posted on FF.us that all photos will be prestamped singnatures.I remember I checked that site several times a day to see if any new posters were put up and I remember that it stated all items cannot be personally signed. Maybe Shadia did not read that or she put her order in right befor that was no longer an option.But Greg did send her a check and it cleared like shadia posted.
ReplyDeleteSo Greg made good on that and my order was placed june 17th and I recieved it 2 weeks ago,so I got my items in the 6-8 week time frame that was always known to those who made purchases. By Ryan shutting down the site put many including myself in a panic that we were not going to recieve our stuff.This was Ryans fault and he knew it would have caused Greg some grief to deal with. Just like when Greg was flooded with letters for farrah he sent them all off to Ryan and Ryan the person that he is was going to seek revenge for Greg doing that.Did you read the VF article moty? Ryan is a really twisted man,Im sorry but the way he painted Farrah as an aging woman going through menopause and that he hates his own children. Nikki, I would not donate to the American Cancer Society. Stand Up 2 Cancer, yes. I read a few weeks ago that some of the executives make a lot of $$$ at AMC. I'll have to see if I can find the percent they actually donate to research.

Just to clear this up on my part. i do not know Greg Lott so there fore i have nothing against him, HOWEVER i have become suspect due to the very person he hired (HITMANPR) turning against him. I have had good experiences with EVERYTHING i bought from the FFUS site, but i did not and would not EVER buy a autographed picture, i have hundreds from over the years that FARRAH personally did for me, face to face. My concern about any merch i bought is only about these allegations of the site POSSIBLY being a fraud, and i stated should i find out this is the case i would sue as well, since i only collect official merch, i would never buy, for example a FARRAH MOUSE PAD off ebay because i know FARRAH never endorsed her image to that product. SO AGAIN, my only problem at the moment with G LOTT is all these allegations - AND from what i read they are not good. SO i have posted my opinion here as everyone else seems to do about ALANA & RYAN & MELA, Which brings me to this.....

FOR THAT REASON alone i will support them, FARRAH as we all know was a SMART woman, who i do not believe would have kept these people in her life . I feel they deserve alot more respect than they seem to get here. Hitman Here, yes the heading has the greg Lott stuff, technically I still have a contract with Greg. Now he lied to me, I published it now i am bring out the truth. I will says this, if you got a picture or poster that is signed in pen it is difficult to believe that it came from FF because Greg had not seen her since 2006. I know he got the pictures printed in TX and in Los Angeles, when he was with me. I know at the time he was with me, had not made any payments to Charity. he made a small contribution or so he says to the children's hospital in TX. I know the intricacies of the business he was doing. My posts are accurate, My descriptions are accurate. So take it in that vain. I came out and told everything. I could have just gone away and not said anything. But that is not my code. I call BS when i see it. I have a piece of Gregs success by contract. That is pretty worthless after all that has been written and exposed. That is the level I will go to expose the the truth. Greg knew this when we met. He still tried to con everyone. I imagine the site will come down quickly, as FF estate has not authorized this and he is personally profiting off her image. Now in regards to the FFfoundation. I don't know who is running this, so I would give money to anybody else, personally The john wayne foundation is far ahead of everybody and is using some of the European techniques. Look into the news about the Nicole Brown Simpson Foundation and you'll see why I am weary of the FFfoundation.

I have read the book and was quite pleasantly surprised. Alana truly put her life on hold for two years. Without her, I don't think Farrah could have done everything the did to fight. It helped me make sense of the timeline, and have more appreciation and understanding for Farrah's cancer. Could she be a bit of an opportunist? I think we all are.

ReplyDeletethe only items from my collection that would could possibly be held in a legal dispute would be WHAT I PURCHASED thru the FFUS site, as these would be the only items in question. It seems MR MILLER has address the situation again, and STILL claims G LOTT has been up to no-good with the site and Farrah. So if and when there are charges filed against G Lott or anyone related to the site, thats when i would as well file charges for scamming me as a customer/fan -internet/mail fraud is quite serious now. BUT AGAIN, this would not be done till it is PROVEN he is guilty. I will keep a close watch on the result of this matter. I would as well advise any other customers who feel they might have been scammed into purchasing things they were told were OFFICIAL FARRAH endorsed items. I have printed every page from the website should it disappear again to have as proof of what i was lead to believe. BUT AGIAN, hopefully this is not the case, but MR ALLAN turning on his client seems serious to me. As well, ANGELIC HEAVEN Mikes site has removed its posting regarding the FFUS site, so something is definately going on. TIME WILL TELL.
farraym, instead of printing, save each page this way it will also be on your computer as a hard copy. You can then transfer it to a thumb drive if you ever need to go to court.

Farrah's last years were heartbreaking, aside from fighting for her life, she had these kind of people to deal with. Ok just know Alana is going to be ok, her book is out. We do know a little of Alana and that camera, but in time you will learn alot more- She was not the only one to use that camera. Their is alot to this story. I AGREE 100% if he did these things he needs to pay and be PROSECUTED to the full extent of the law, as well anyone else who has robbed from Farrah or her estate. But the site should be for fans around the world interested in FARRAH and her cause, a SAFE place to enjoy news about her, get new merch...etc... not slander between Greg & Keith, that doesnt really benifit her fans !
