E True Hollywood Story

To quote a friend "this silliness with Geg Lott is finally over". The last show has closed the door on Greg, and as E THS focused on the positive sides of Farrah's life and the inspiration she continues to be. Maybe this will allow everyone to move on and honor what she wanted....to instill hope, educate everyone to the treatment alternatives of cancer, and ultimately a cure. Everyone give to a charity of your choice to find a cure, do it in Farrah's name.

  2. NIKKI,
All I can say about it was I liked Bruce Factor's interview, and those photos I had never seen.
One area I had not seen was the LONGGGGGG bedroom scene with Farrah in the bed ? Mela
seemed very sincere . Sadly I have to say outside of that THS did short shoot alot, one hour ? I had turned on the tv and so as not to get mixed up on time set thru 2 hours with Paula Abdule , who I love , but get real one hour of Farrah ? And I was told alot more was to be on the show . Farrah was a beautiful woman, yet somehow a sad, tired look come over her in the early 80"s . Someone ask me on the tele as it was on, what era I like in her life the most. I said 97 until her death- She seemed to gain a strength, a fun, and carefree attitude, yet still Farrah , what angers me is in death ryan has the gll to blame the breakup on menapause ? Farrah stated over and again it was due to their parental disagreements ? She had mercy on his rear. I truly think if Farrah suffered menapause Ryan would not be alive today to say these things- MY TAKE !

  3. As for Alana ? OH GOSH ! She tried to come off as hip and fun, and tough like Farrah in the CHASING FARRAH SHOW'S- BUT NOW SHE IS ACTING So SOBER, SEDATE and TRYING THE ELEGANT CRAP. HOW MANY ALANA'S EXIST ?

  4. Those photos were great. Im pretty sure they were outtakes from 1995 playboy cover. Mela I enjoyed and that other lady who I never knew before. But it was kinda short and as always E THS's are really generic now and badly edited

  5. I recieved my last order from greg that I purchased before the site was shut down. He even sent something extra which was very kind og Greg.
So I can assure everyone that placed orders close to the time the site was shut down by Ryan that everyone will get their stuff. I guess with the site being shut down and he mourning the loss of his friend he got backed up, which I can understand. Thanks Greg if you read this

  6. hi Nikki, I'm very pleased to read that you received your order and I will keep my fingers crossed also to get the stuff I ordered a few weeks before the site was closed. But your story gives more trust !

  7. The real thing to be upset about is if Farrah really was in control of her mental faculties when she signed over power of attorney on April 20, why not choose someone of her many friends she coulf trust who would only carry out her wishes rather than O'Neal and his business managers which resulted in O'Neal and his crony managers taking control of her estate and leaving it up to Redmond to sue the business manager cronies to remove them because of their strong conflict of interest due to their close ties to O'Neal, the man who was the corrupting influence on Redmond and got him started on the road to drugged out personal irresponsibility.?

Was Jaclyn Smith too busy to handle it?
    How about Kate Jackson?
I'm sure they'd do a better job of looking after Redmond's future than O'Neal's business manager cronies.

  8. Rob I spoke to Greg briefly and he basically told me that there are not that many orders left but everybody will get their stuff. He told me it's been hard losing Farrah and he got behind on things and with the website being shut down caused some issues but he told me he is getting all the remaining orders out.He was quite nice, but the conversation was brief but I did sense a sadness in his voice about him trying to grieve and send merchandise out all at the same time and I get that. Also he said he like farrah hates emails. But give him time and you'll get your stuff.

  9. Farrah is on the new People magazine for promotion for alana's book.
Some of the things in the book that People magazine printed seems kinda interesting, The book does not seem like a tell all more of a kind memory of her friend. She says that Farrah got her a small part in Small Sacrafices so Alana could get into SAG and get health insurance and then they cut Alana's line and when Farrah found out she called the producers to get Alana's line back so Alana could get her health insurance from Screen actors guild. One way it paints Farrah out to be a great woman, but Alana is a piece of work always gaming on people for some self serving purpose like this book but still it paints Farrah in a good light so Im glad about that. I hate to say it but the book seems interesting in regards to farrah.

  10. I can't believe I said something positive about Alana.
Oh God I must need help LOL

  11. Is anyone getting Alana's book?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Yes, I'll be getting it. I'm even getting Greg's book, if he writes one, and whoever else would write a book. As I've stated, just because it's a biography or autobiography, I still try to bear in mind that anything could be made up. I don't know why books about Farrah were never really written, and yet they wait till she dies. Therefore, giving only a one sided version. In any event, as I've stated, I'll eventually buy Alana's book. I always wished Farrah wrote her own book, but that is one wish that will never be granted, now.

  13. I will get Greg's book 4 sure. Alana's I may wait and get a used copy on ebay or amazon. I want to read but I really don't like how things went down in April May and June with she and Ryan. I think the last scene in Farrah's story with her son I thought was mean and I highly doubt Farrah would want her son on tv in shackles and handcuffs,he will have to live with that forever. Yeah I always wondered why there were never any books on Farrah except for those 3 small paperback books from 1976-77.

  14. As for Farrah's book, remember she told Judith Regan in 05 she could not write her book even then as not enough people were dead.
I think Farrah did her book ,and it is all in those journal/diarie'sthat as said are missing ? Sad is too many people had access to them as she was on her sick bed and medicated. Who will ever know now what was edited w/out her permission ? Funny how smart Farrah was to still use a pen and paper.I am sure alana did write some truth, but in my opinion the book Farrah might have written would not have painted a pretty picture of alot of people.
Farrah was not a person to do payback, I think sh lived her own book, and if crossed in life she took the situation and handeled it on her own terms, without fear.
    Farrah never wanted anyone hurt.
Yes Nikki now that the shock of her Death is over, I am sad to think of how she laid in her sick bed and a shakled Redmond was filmed saying his last physical goodbye to her. That was the most cruel moment forever etched in my mind. Had Greg, Mela or Jose been in that scene I might have thought she possibly agreed, but the 2 who have scattered her personal belongings were the only 2 their, plus the LAPD and this was far from the FARRAH we know. Did she really watch It ? "I WILL NEVER BELIEVE SHE DID" and if in LUCID moments I am sure ALANA, OR RYAN ONE WOULD HAVE HAD MERCY ON HER DIEING SOLE TO HAVE TURNED IT OFF ,BEFORE THOSE FINAL SCENE'S.
So if Farrah did not want to hurt anyone in writing her on story, why in the heck was that last part of FARRAH'S STORY SHOWN- It is sick. NO I WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY TO ALANA, POSSIBLY MY SECOND HAND BOOK STORE, OR AMAZON- But HELL NO SHE WILL NOT GET ONE RED CENT FROM ME- WITCH ! I am sure she has alot of great memories, but so do many others, ALANA was not the only person who knew her. So I will wait for Greg Lott , and put my money on Texas- Alana can act the drama all she wants, it is what she tried to do forever. I still think it's going to be a bunch of surface crap, no debth, as remember Ryan give her his blessing- LOLOL- That tells me just how close to true it will be-
I will say the photos might be fun, again if Alana is not in every last one of them.

  16. Michael, good question ?
But looking at her RUN ON EARTH
I can only imagine what she could have written. Living with Lee, and then Ryan, as well as being a mom.
I just think at some point if she had ever done her own book it would have been a posotive outlook.
It would have been more of a posotive read, as you think about it Farrah had class, dignity , and was a fighter, so to cash in on her own story would have tarnished
the image we are left with. If you go back and read on Judith Regan she is frightning, she loves dirt, and Farrah was a wise woman in declining J Regans offer . If you look back Marilyn Monroe never did a bio, and it made her all the more interesting. Im sure Farrah could have done one heck of a book.

  17. Hi Texboy, welcome Michael/Europe. I've been reading the posts above and I too am sad we never got to hear about Farrah's experiances from Farrah herself. Well I've bought my copy of Vanity Fair and I am about to post an article from off the net here.

There is a reason that Ryan O'Neal is being so candid. I believe that in his candor, he realizes a lot about himself and evidently Farrah forgave all, because in her hour of need she returned to him and I take that, as a friend told me years ago, "When in crises, seek shelter" and she perceived Ryan as her protector to an extent. She returned to him. I know he is a huge child so to speak and not mature in a lot of ways, but inherently there must be a certain strength she got from him or she wouldn't have left Redmond with him and she wouldn't have returned to him herself. I don't understand why if she saw how Griffin and Tatum turned out and she knows that Ryan was into drugs, she allowed Redmond to live with him, that part is nuts to me, there is no way in hell that would have happened if I'd been in that situation, no way in hell, so I know that Farrah did sometimes to the public show this ditzy side. Could it be that she was ditzy in real life as well? Remember Tatum said there were times she didn't know what Planet Farrah was on. And we've all seen that side to her. So I've got to say that with all the bad coming out about Ryan, there had to have been some good in him. Tatum and Griffin even with their candor, still show love for the guy, he's just too stupid to realize that he has great kids. See how Tatum addressed him at the funeral...She embraced him and called him "Daddy". Daddy to me is a term of endearment, she didn't call him Ryan, or come to him with coldness. She embraced him. So I guess he can be warm and loving and crazy as a fox at most times, but for some reason, they still come back to him. So he must engender a lot of love or vulnerbility and they can't help themselves but to love him and that is pretty special bout Tatum, Griffin and Farrah and Redmond as well. Here's the article I found. Maybe we need to have Ryan write a book. I think he would be honest in it, he damn sure has been honest now.

  18. Here's the article I found.

Summer 2009 was detrimental in terms of celebrity deaths. Michael Jackson, Billy Mays, and Ed McMahon were among those taken before the world was ready to let go. Fingers were pointed in many directions for multiple reasons, but Ryan O’Neal may be the only one who turned the finger on himself in the death of Farrah Fawcett.

Fawcett’s battle against anal cancer finally took her life on June 25th. The “Charlie’s Angel’s” star left her fans with feelings of sorrow, and her erratic boyfriend with feelings of regret. In an interview with Vanity Fair magazine, O’Neal revealed an emotional moment. He said, “I’d love to do it over. I would have been much kinder, more understanding, more mature. I’d lose some of the savagery. I don’t know how she got cancer – maybe some of it was me.” Rocky relationships do not cause cancer, but if they could O’Neal’s regrets would be valid.

Fawcett and O’Neal were an “on again, off again” couple for two decades until 1998. Rumors spread that O’Neal could not provide support when Fawcett began menopause and left her for a younger woman. O’Neal now feels extreme guilt over the heartache he imposed on Fawcett. His guilt of the situation leaves him wondering if he may have contributed to Fawcett’s developing disease by abandoning her.

However, after 20 years it is hard to shake the habit. O’Neal is quoted as saying, “I excused myself. We pulled apart, but we never popped loose.” The two reunited in 2001 after doctors diagnosed O’Neal with leukaemia. Fawcett remained by his side throughout his ordeal, and O’Neal genuinely reciprocated the kind deed by staying by her side until the disease finally took her life.

Even though the relationship between Fawcett and O’Neal was anything but simple, O’Neal stepped up when Fawcett needed the most support. He sincerely regrets the pain he caused her emotionally and wishes he could turn back time to repair his mistakes. However, the love and care he bestowed upon Fawcett in her final days could not be feigned.

  19. NIKKI, That's HYSTERICAL, what you said about Farrah, Ryan and her menopause! HY-STER-I-CAL! YOUR TAKE!!!! I love it! Yeah you are so right. He's really a very comical guy that Ryan. I guess that's why Farrah loved him. He's insane! Well he said she didnt' like him very much. Well Ryan she liked you, you were just...STUPID! DUH! But I guess she loved you. I remember seeing Farrah, on the net in c video clip of her and she's going to an event, and she and Ryan I guess, he's not in the clip but she turns around and in that sweet voice of her's she says..."Where's my Ryan?..." and she's looking for him and she's hapy and she's gay! It was so sweet. "Where's my Ryan!"...I gotta think they had a lot of sweet moments together. And that scene he talks about when she caught him in bed with Ms. Stephanson. Oh! I know that was comical! I would have paid money to have seen that one! That was probably very hurtful for Farrah on Valentine's day, but comical at the same time...I've had moments like that and it is funny and hurtful at the same time. I've never caught anyone I was seeing in bed with anyone, but I've caught them with someone and it is hurtful while you are going through it, but if your bond is strong, nothing breaks it and you end up back together and we did and are still. Just like FArrah and Ryan, although my man is NOT anything like Ryan O'Neal in terms of how he treats children and stuff, but back in the day, he was a lothario and we did have our moments and like Farrah and Ryan, we've been together 30+ years and are very much in love and still together, helping to raise two teenage nephews of my brothers. Maybe that's why I can't shake this thing because after I watched the documentary, I realized Farrah and Ryan were like my situation. We've had volatile moments in our relationship as well and we broke apart for a time, but never, as Ryan said..."Popped loose" we never let go and now we are as close as ever. I heard him tell one of hour mutual friends just the other day that our relationship was solid. Hmmmmm.

  21. I just want to add that since Greg was running the site - he had access to everything; he could view every page on the site even if it is not online.

Nikki - glad to read you got your order.
Been a while since I've been here - still have 1/2 of this post to read but I wanted to comment on Nikki's post.

  23. When you own a web site and manage it, you can still access every page even if it's not able to be seen by other people. I have a few web sites, all I did was changed the main page's title, now no one can see it but me since I know the URL.

If Greg needed to contact people that he sold stuff to, he could easily access that information because he owned the site.

I also do not know anyone that does not have a backup of their web site. One way to do it is through Microsoft's Front Page, it automatically saves everything to your hard drive.

Hopefully I'm explaining it so that you understand.

  27. Who will be responsible for taking care of Farrah's things, her home, clothing, ect. ect.?

Is there any word on her will other than a trust being set up for her son?
