There has been allot of press about Griffin O'Neal being banned from Farrah's Funeral. This man, saved Redmond's life on numerous occasions. Remember Griffin was a kid growing up with Farrah as his step-mother. She loved him and knew all the things he did to help her son. He had grown up and was a victim of abuse by his father Ryan and tried desperatly to help his brother. He is an amazing, tough and honorable individual. He has been in contact with Farrah's secret lover and friend, Greg Lott and they were able to share stories and help each other through the pain of thier mutual loss. Farrah loved Griffin very much, and discussed all the things Griffin had done to help her and her son. In one instance Griffin took Farrah to the hospital after Ryan alledgedly broke Farrah's arm in an argument. This very honorable man has been there and knows the truth of abuse, he had more of a right to be at that funeral than his father. For those of us who know what you did we will be eternally grateful. Thank you Griffin, many are proud of you. Allen S. Miller
It is beyond comprehension that he was banned from the funeral. I don't care if there was bad blood between him, and his father. Ryan should have allowed him access. I'm glad he has had someone to share his grief with.
ReplyDeleteHitman, this is truly heartbreaking.
ReplyDeleteGriffen humiliated at Farrah's Funeral by OLE-Neal.
Reflecting back I remember Griffen and his being faithful to Farrah, I give thought to this late last night. To humiliate this man in frnt of his wife, and their baby, is very low.
OLE NEAL will one day have no person in his life, except those who he pay's ! I Redmond will one day read of these terrible things and reflect back on How Griffen tried to save him.
It will be then that WHEN RED looks into his father's eyes, It will be to OLE NEAL'S HORROR that it is FARRAH LOOKING BACK AT HIM IN DISGUST- I again an shocked, and we all know it was all for show, and pay back- Ryan screwed him once, now this time I hope Griffen can find a way to say goodbye to a past that was with Farrah ,and move forward, leaving OLE NEAL in the dust, WELL HE'S COVERED IN IT ANYWAY !
Greg
I admire Griffin and Tatum. I liked both of them and read Tatum's book and was not surprised how sick and twisted her father was/is
ReplyDeleteHe needs to move on and when the day comes when his father needs him I hope Griffin turns him away
Nikki,
ReplyDeleteI hope Tatum ripp's into OLE NEAL'S rear over this.
I heard that Tatum made peace with Farrah in 06
and , is possibly closer to her than she is with that sorry father.
This will all come back to haunt this twist.
Greg

ReplyDeleteIt's hard to say Im not sure how close she and her dad are.
ReplyDeleteIf she was smart she would keep a healthy distance he destroyed alot of lives including Tatum's
Nikki,
ReplyDeleteI just look at that photo of Griffen, and feel sick, thinking of He being humilated, and in front of his girlfriend, and that sweet baby. IN THE HEAT- While oneal was waving a bottle of water in one photo-
A SHAME !
Greg
I lived near Ryan's house in Malibu for a long time. He abused that boy for years. The truth will prevail soon enough when the media stops manipulating it to the public that are not among the industry like us who see what really goes on.
ReplyDeleteVery Sad and way too much hurt when people need to be loving and kind especially now in life...
All you people need to stop ! Our LOVELY ANGEL FARRAH IS GONE. PLEASE can we let her rest in peace ! She loved and always wanted privacy, and all this talk, bitterness, and no-stop back and forth is only bringing more attention to something i am sure she would not want out in the public ! FARRAH had Ryan in her life, she said it in recent interviews before her passing and even on Farrahs story it was evident she wanted this man in her life , we need to accept this, its sad for you Greg she did not let the world know you exist, but hey, THAT SAYS ALOT TO ME !
ReplyDeleteR.I.P Farrah your FANS LOVE & Will MISS YOU !
Sounds to me like Farrah was too drugged to know what was really going on the last few months of her life. Who was responsible for that? Ryan was even quoted as saying one of his responsibilities to her was to make her "comfortable"....of course, I'm sure that was done in between him making out with some young thing.
ReplyDeleteRyan was/is an actor. It's very hard to believe his grief was real when he was seen making out with someone else the night of her funeral
Mr. Miller and Mr. Lott,
ReplyDeleteI have been following this blog since being directed here from the farrahfawcett.us website, and as a loving, grieving fan from way back, I am finding it harder and harder to believe that Ms. Fawcett would ever have endorsed or would appreciate what her website, which at one point was a beautiful place where her fans to go to look at pictures, buy merchandise and get updates on her life and health, has since turned into an ENQUIRER-esque 'I Hate Ryan O'Neal Website'...and we all know what she thought of the Enquirer. This is very disappointing and totally disrespectful, whether this gossip is true or not. She was a beautiful, classy, PRIVATE woman and this website is none of that. To guide her fans here under the pretense that this was a temporary venue until her website was back up was deceiving and unfair.
Rest in peace, Angel.
Sincerely,
Debbie

Debbie,
ReplyDeleteI am a fan as well, and this is a site that is FARRAHFAWCETT-US.
It was taken down by legal means from my understanding. We are in no way ENQUIRIE MINDED PEOPLE. We are simply reading, replying to opinion. I detest the INQUIRER-and am truly offended that I have been addresses as so . I am a fan who loves Farrah, and until this is resolved I have lost in this as well. The site will one day be back up ,so until then I trust you will see that Greg Lott has reasons ,and alot of them for what you see here. Remember this was a site that also sold original items, so until all of these areas are addressed you can again count on seeing me here.

On another note, If anyone has noticed the signature on the MEMORIAL PROGRAM , with Farrah's signature it as well is not the original Signature ?
ReplyDeleteIt is in the lower portion of the Memorial program.
Greg
Well, Farrah has not had her wish to be cremated honored. What in all honesty do you think she would say to that? I hate the Enquirer as well but lets not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Without people speaking out on her behalf just for the sake of letting her rest in peace is not right. I think most of the posts here have only Farrah's interest in mind. The truth is not always pleasant, but it will set you free. Don't you think Farrah would want the truth told? How about all the silent tears and suffering. Can that be ignored so that we should ONLY remember her in our own pleasant selfish ways? Not me no thank you. Farrah did not want to go silently into the night. Punching your own son's teeth out. Breaking your soulmate's arm. If it was anyone else, like the poor slob down the road, what would you think of that person? Huh? ....huh?
ReplyDeleteKID-----you said it way better than I could.
ReplyDeleteSO TRUE, Thank's !!!
Texboy
To debbie and the other post who talks about bitterness, what Ryan did to those who Farrah loved and stopping them from paying their respects is what is called bitterness. You say Farrah would"nt like what's being said well Im sure she would'nt like some man telling loved ones you can't say good-bye even more. What kind of person would deny his son into the funeral considering how many nasty disgusting things Ryan has done to people. That was not a day to hold onto anger and bitterness which is what Ryan displayed and Ryan only. Most people on here see the truth and don't buy into his waterless tears on Barbara walters that was the worst acting he has done in years or for that fact the only acting he has done in years
ReplyDeletetexboy I noticed the signature to on the funeral program seemed different and someone is selling one of those on ebay and last I checked it was already over 200.00.
ReplyDeleteEXACTLY KID_58 very well said
ReplyDeleteNikki, I agree, The Barbara Walters interview was A JOKE- and when Ryan himselve joked about how he would dress, It should have shown those in question about his true self.
ReplyDeleteI was glad to see that interview for only 2 reasons.
1. Jaclyn Smith-
2. Sadly MJ took the spotlight away from the world who mourns Farrah !
He looked far from sober in that interview, and was in my opinion ONE REASON PEOPLE IN HOLLYWOOD REFUSED TO TOUCH A TRIBUTE TO FARRAH.
He honestly looked unclean.
As for Barbara, she had said years ago that of all the places she has conducted interviews it was Farrah's House THAT WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL.
Greg
Nikki
ReplyDeleteI do know that old neal , made it clear that so many of those were printed, and said that only people inside of the chaple were to receive them.
So as I would have loved to have one, seeing how street people, fan's who stood aside holding them, I called the Church, and was treated teribly cold, and told to call the morturary- They said the same. I understand It is not respect in my part to ask for one and not being their, BUT AGAIN THIS SOUNDS JUST LIKE OLD NEAL- To limit, and probably cursed at the cost of printing- I hope a site is open someday that would allow us WORLD WIDE FANS TO OWN A REMEMBRANCE- DATED- As The LOON RESTRICTED ALL BUT 500 TO ATTEND- I truly do not care for the content, but the photo is FARRAH AT 50 YRS- and this is a classic-
Greg
Farrah was buried in Westwood. She should have had her wishes honored.
ReplyDeleteThe one person I feel the worst about is her dear Father. What a tragic loss it must be for him. To live long enough to have to bury both children, and his wife, must be a horrible burden.
I'm a girl from Texas mourning another Texas girl. We lost a yellow rose, and it's a shame that it's about the almighty dollar with Ryan & Company.
I pretty much had no opinion about Ryan until I saw video of him making out with someone the night of Farrah's funeral. Sorry, under no circumstances, is that "cool".
MY Point on the not caring about the content, ment it was tossed together by Ryan and Im sure Alana- so no disrespect ment.
ReplyDeleteGreg
You are welcome TEX. Thanks nikki. Farrah's got few Angels of her own down here. Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteAWESOME- Im from Texas, you hang in their, and JUST KNOW RYAN WILL POSSIBLY NEVER BE WELCOMED
ReplyDeleteHERE AGAIN-
Yes that video of him drunk, and doing what he was doing withen hours of Farrah's memorial was I feel the most soleless, of all.
Those with him, Alana or whomebver must be a little stupid to not have taken him directly home- or tried to do something- It shows they have no ethics- and well it was sickening.
Greg
I did not and don't care to watch that video. But I am not surprised. Poor Redmond. He will. Redmond ought to seek refuge with his grandpa, James. He needs a good father figure. James is a helluva bigger man than ole niel could ever dream of becoming. Farrah would like that. But ultimately its up to Redmond. I am sure there are lots of good folk there that would give him a great big Texas welcome. And he could find a great gal like his mother too. He needs to get the heck outta LALA land. For a spell at least.
ReplyDeleteHi Texboy, you are so right. Sickening, low, bottom of the barrel, disrespectful. Funny how people like to do the wrong things out in the open. Sometimes people think they are untouchable or it's just because they don't care about anything.
ReplyDeleteAs I have said before, the truth is not always pleasant but it will prevail because the people that care so much about Ms. Farrah will not let her go on being disrespected. Many times when people stand up for what is right, they get accused and made to look like the bad guys, like they are crazy or just trying to cause trouble. Then, the bad guys get to go free and looking like they are clean as a whistle.
It's not easy to stand for the truth. It's hard and takes courage. It takes no courage to leave things as they are. Do some of you think that the people that care so much for Ms. Farrah want it to be this way? We would much rather not of had any of this controversy take place and just remember all of the talent she shared with us. But, when someone is wronged, it has to be made right, otherwise, what kind of a society would we be living in.
We are speaking up to right a wrong and we only do it because we care so deeply about Ms. Farrah.
Wasn't the picture on the program her cover of Texas Monthly?
ReplyDeleteKID, & LB-
ReplyDeleteSo true ! Funny how I just heard Barbara ask Alana , IF fARRAH APPROVED THE FINAL CUT OF THE FARRAH'S STORY-. What a strange question, as if Barbara like us wondered the same.
I saw the interview the first time, yet looking at it now on E- I just caught this.
Yes James Fawcett looks like a very fun guy. He would be great for Redmond, and he would tell this boy the truth. I have not seen a photo yet of Mr Fawcett near Ryan , and he looked so frail. He was one of my favorites in CHASING FARRAH- He said IM YOUR PAPA- Farrah did come from good people. I hope GREG Lott get's to pay a visit to him soon. Ryan would never comfort him. I think like KID said LALA LAND IS NO GOOD FOR REDMOND- I ask GOD to allow this boy to PACK UP HIS MOTHERS RED BATHING SUIT, AND ART, -AND RUN- CHERISH IT ,AND OR DONATE TO HIS CHOICE OF CHARITY- But get it and come back to his Mothers root's !
Farrah was tough on earth, she lost all but Her Father, and I feel being that Greg Lott was cut off, she never knew He tried to contact, and She feared being alone, So like most do, we return to what's familiar, and Ryan made himself VERY FAMILIAR- and this is what I think was the reason my SO CALLED BITTERNESS COMES FROM- Greg Lott, spoke with me on several times, and he was not star struck, He lives a calm life, and I can say He is truly a kind ,caring person. So as Farrah was sinking in her last days, Alana and Ryan put on their BEST- and played it out until the CAR LEFT FARRAH In her resting place-
Greg
JUst wanted to add...people that are just now beginning to read the posts on this blog may not be aware that all of this started when Ms. Farrah was still with us. We heard updates about her health on FarrahFawcett.us. Then as we follow the updates, we found out that people were being denied access, no contact, no nothing. Just all of a sudden shut out. So this isn't a topic that began after she went to be with God. I think you would need to have been following these events for the last several months to know what has been happening. To someone just coming into this topic, it might appear a completely different way. But trust me, we have Ms. Farrah's interest at heart.
ReplyDeleteTEX & LB
ReplyDeleteFarrah had a strong light within her and a very old soul. That is what made her so attractive. Soul 2 soul stuff. No communication necessary. She believed in people. Gave them a chance. Many more chances than a lesser person would allow. She loved and trusted even when she was let down time and time again. Can you think of many that are willing to do that? Not naming names but one day when these individuals really, really understand who they lost and who they betrayed they will perish drowning in their own tears. Ah but these folks should be so lucky. Introspection and lucidity are not favorite pastimes. That's facing the truth. That takes FARRAH-size courage. That you are born with and cannot learn. Farrah loved everyone. She loved being alive. Loving takes courage. I believe Farrah loved to the end the best she could. Far better than I ever could.
texboy I was thinking the same thing that he looked very unclean in a old sloppy drunk kind of way.
ReplyDeleteGriffin said it best that his dad is dark and there is a darkness that surrounds him and it's kinda evil is some way and it destroyed all the good in his life. Farrah made a huge mistake by getting involved with that family and I wonder If her fate would have been different if she never got involved with him. She should have left Hollywood and just returned for work and got those vultures out of her life. I really feel for her dad. And as far as Gregg you could tell that there was true love there. She kept him in her life all these years so there was something strong there between them that cannot be denied. Ryan displayed his true self over the past few months and he showed that fame and money do not give you class.
Does anyone have an opinion on Mela Murphy. She seemed to really care for Farrah but I could be wrong
ReplyDeleteit was interesting that Ryan was quoted as saying that Farrah brought up a prenup when they discussed getting married. Perhaps Farrah knew all along what he was after.
ReplyDeleteI just pray that he doesn't end up with her money.
They were not married and lived in seperate houses so I also hope he does not get his slimy hands on anything
ReplyDeleteNikki...i only know Mela became close to Farrah in 92 doing her hair makeup for Good Sports- Ok now I see she is part of the GROUP-
ReplyDeleteI am guessing Mela was a kid, and caring person caught in a trap. She needed work, and did as she was told in the end, Ryan has possibly told her to sign a contract that allows nothing from her and to act cold toward US- But in truth, I enjoyed Mela ,and always loved her on Chasing Farrah- She go's back to THE APOSTEL- AND SUBSTITUTE WIFE- But i bet she had to sign a contract to keep quiet- HAIRDRESSERS ALWAYS KNOW MORE THAT THE HUSBAND, SPOUSE, BOUFRIEND, OR ENEMY- MELA COULD WRITE HER OWN BOOK- I think of RHODA - I was sad to see her as said a part of Ryans Circle- I hope to know what she has done-
Greg
GOOD POINT- WHAT HAS MELA MURPHY DONE-
ReplyDeleteI think beside Farrah, she Mela was a HIT
in CHASING FARRAH-
Hope to learn what happened.
Greg
I said early that it was apparant that Farrah held the first flight to Germany- tickets in her wallet- and to hear Ryan ASK -If the flight was a non stop flight- He would have known had he paid for his own seat- Alana was the one who answered him in saying YES STRAIT FLIGHT- Farrahs money was flying in the last months , i feel due to fear, and feeling as if she were a burden, when IF ALLOWED GREG LOTT would have eased this, and shown her not only comfort, but love, and security. Remember when people are ill, the first fear is that they may be a bother to anyone - MY GUESS IS RYAN WAS LIKE AN OLD WORN OUT COAT- She grabbed it, hid behind it and covered up alot of abuse, in the form of finances, and possibly other ways, like being kept in the dark about WHO WANTED TO HELP- So it was Joan Dangerfield who ordered the boot's, and Steak- Ummmmmmmmm ?
ReplyDeleteGreg
Greg
Couple things i have noticed and have opinions on...
ReplyDelete1. the signature on the service program, was and is Farrah's it the signature she use's when she sign's her ART. If you look at CHASING Farrah or interviews in her home, if you can zoom in on your TV you will notice that SAME signature on her artwork.
2. Does it matter who paid for the plane tickets?
3. Yes Ryan may not be a good man, but FARRAH LOVED him in HER WAY. She stayed with this man for over 30 yrs. Yes they broke up, but they have remained in each others lives till the end, and prior to Farrah getting very ill she KNEW what she was doing, and HAD RYAN IN HER LIFE ! SHE LOVED THIS MAN, i dont know why, but she did.
4. SAME for Alana as stated above.
5. Greg Lott is just a horrible person for saying he will release his PRIVATE letters from Farrah. If they do exist WHY WOULD HE DO THIS TO FARRAH? I have no respect for a person who would do this. He joins the list of scumbags.
6. Terrible as it is that Griffin was not allowed in the service, There is ALOT more to that story..... yes its horrible and on a day of rememberence things should have been over looked, i do feel that. BUT as outsiders we do not know the TRUE FAMILY dynamics, again only what the press has spun.
7. With that said, funny who be believe the horrible truth when its to our benifit - meaning everyone here is quick to be on GRIFFINS side because of all the MEDIA talk about his relationship with Ryan, but in your other breath you are all quick to say, DONT BELIEVE THE MEDIA and how the truth is spun !!!! I am not taking sides here about Ryan/Griffin...i do feel he should have been able to say his peace like other family members, but HELLO, lets be fair people. you cant use that media argument to your favor to beat down one person , then change your mind for another person.
ITS WRONG !
8. R.I.P FARRAH your a true angel and your fans miss and love you!
Griffin is a hero in my book.
ReplyDeleteI'm sad to see this entry.. He should have been allowed in to pay his respects; I don't doubt that someone such as Farrah would want him to be able to.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great role model Ryan is to his kids. NOT!!!
