Press Release
I cannot sit by idly and watch this sad play without comment. I realize mine is not a popular opinion and is most likely the minority one. However, I recently saw the GMA episode expressing your (Ryan O’Neal’s) love and devotion to Farrah Fawcett and wish to marry her. Let’s weigh what she is getting in this package of love. For a devoted man in love with his “soul mate” I question your code and honor. As recently as May 20th, 2009, Ryan O’Neal is accused of asking a 20-year-old girl to perform lewd acts. Marin (the victim) is accusing the 67-year-old celebrity of proposing to give her a vehicle if she agreed to masturbate with him. She is reportedly a friend of the O'Neal family. O'Neal was previously arrested in September 17, after deputies discovered methamphetamines during a probation search in Malibu, where he and his 24-year-old son Redmond were living. Both men were arrested for drug possession. To my knowledge, all Mr. O’Neal’s children have been arrested and or treated for severe drug abuse. Tatum O’Neal sites several incidents of abuse by her father Ryan O’Neal in her autobiography "A Paper Life". Of late Joan Dangerfield, widow of Rodney Dangerfield, Friend of Farrah, says that Ryan and Alana Stewart are sleeping together in the guest bedroom next to their gravely sick friend Farrah Fawcett. There is film footage of the two in their bathrobes in Farrah’s Living Room, next to where Farrah is lying. Recently, Jim Fawcett, Farrah’s father came to visit his sick daughter, and stayed and as usual, wanted to stay in the guest bedroom of his sick daughters home, the same one now occupied by Alana Stewart and Ryan O’Neal. Ryan stated that he couldn’t believe “that man and his horrible wife threw me out of my bedroom” referring to Farrah’s father and his wife. Just recently, Stewart and O’Neal were seen at Fred Siegel’s in Beverly Hills, walking hand in hand and when asked by Paparazzi “how’s Farrah?” Ryan and Alana quickly stopped holding hands and said “she is doing great”. I have numerous e-mails to Farrah’s website from concerned fans asking why O’Neal is “frolicking” with younger girls and older Alana Stewart at his Malibu Beach house while professing his love to Farrah. Are these the actions of a loving committed partner, friend and supposed soul mate? Currently, Farrah weights approximate 85 lbs, and has been fed intravenously and has been in bed continuously for 70+ days. Sweet Farrah has lost approximate 40-50% of her max VO2. That means she most likely doesn’t have the physical strength to walk to the bathroom. She is weak and sleeps the majority of the time. She expends all of her energy fighting this cancer. The recent interview with O’Neal states they are going to get married. “We will (get married), as soon as she can, say yes," O'Neal said to Barbara Walters. "Maybe we can just nod her head," he joked. NOD HER HEAD FOR HER? Why expend the energy, why don’t you just sign her name to the marriage license like you’re accused of doing to the NBC contract by Farrah’s producer Craig Nevius. This pathetic statement only reinforces my assessment of her physical condition and her physical demand level. So my question is why Barbara Walters or any other reporter didn’t ask these questions. Something is really wrong here. For that matter, Farrah has been kept from this information, and for good cause, she’s fighting cancer and does not need the stress of knowing her “loved Boyfriend, Partner” is out propositioning young girls. Is this the code of honor of a man that loves his woman, who through good and bad is faithful? Are these the actions of an honorable man, let alone a man at all?
I pity O’Neal, the demons he has that have caused him to treat his children the way he has, the failing career, the wrongs that will never be righted. However, he continues along the path that has led to all these problems, so is it that he is just a waste of a human being, a narcissist, or a sociopath, I ask you. What drives the actions of this individual?
I know one thing, Farrah Fawcett has led her life with dignity and strength, she has fought cancer gallantly, and she stood up against James Orr the director that beat her up. This was not the most popular of positions in Hollywood. Coming from this attack, Farrah helped battered women shelters, and a lot of women in the same situation. Farrah stood up against UCLA and the National Enquirer for releasing her medical records. From this incident there is legislation to protect patient information. She has tried to help her drug addicted son (By Ryan) to get help only to be sabotaged by her then partner Ryan O’Neal. So what’s in this marriage for her, I ask you what qualities does Ryan O’Neal bring to this union. He says he loves her, Tina Turner said it best “WHAT'S LOVE GOT TO DO WITH IT”.
Ryan why do you hold Farrah in so much contempt that you would do this to her, I ask you. There was a day when people like you did not even go into public, let alone be interviewed on a respected talk show. This is a sad commentary on the world we live, when your words not actions are accepted as fact. My god Dr. Laura Schlessinger has written numerous books on this very subject.
Great response Allan. Ryan can only be described in words that should not be said out loud on a post.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this.....it helps to know where you stand and I'm in complete agreement!
This is just so sad to me. Most of the things written here by Mr. Miller have gone through my mind more than once since watching Farrah's Story. I have had this bad feeling about Ryan and Alana. Watching them with all of the PR before the story aired...it was just sick. They were sucking up the publicity like they were involved in a comedy or sitcom project. I imagine they are probably just waiting for Farrah to die...they can then be together and blow all of her money. The fact that her father and close friends will not intervene here is making me upset. Jim Fawcett, Candy Spelling, Joan Dangerfield, Jaclyn Smith, Kate Jackson...SPEAK UP IN PUBLIC. You know this isn't right...something IS definately wrong here. Or, are you all charmed and brainwashed into seeing things through Ryan's eyes?
ReplyDeleteI don't want to sound hopeless, but from what I have read, Farrah seems to be getting worse. Although I continue to pray and will not give up on her...it doesn't look like we are getting the miracle ending we were hoping for.
If they do marry...when she passes...most likely Ryan will receive everything. I almost don't know which is worse...Ryan inheriting Farrah's money, artwork, trademarks and possesions or that son, Redmond. Whichever it is....I'm almost certain that the legacy of our Angel will not be handled with the dignity and respect it deserves. I can only hope that I am wrong.
I ALSO 100% AGREE.
ReplyDeleteCan't a REAL relative get those blood suckers away from Farrah and take control. She's not married to Ryan and her son's in jail so she must have another blood relative to take control.
As far as Barbara Walters is concerned she's a phony and I do not expect much from her,she plays the game like the rest of those souless people.Poor Farrah she does not deserve this and I hope someone stops that marriage from happening.Farrah had almost 30yrs to marry that fool and chose not to and she must have had a reason not to do so!! I pray someone saves her from those around her at this time
Ryan will get his and so will that OLD botox monster Alana. Im surprised Ryan would sleep in the same bed with a woman over 12.
ReplyDeleteThis open letter is equivalent to Ryan O'Neal being drawn and quartered.
ReplyDeleteIf she marries him, it will taint her life.
Thank you for weighing in on a gut feeling that has bothered me since the first time I heard Ryan O'Neal refer to Farrah in the past tense while discussing her battle with cancer. If O'Neal is, as he claims, a partner in her fight, why would he continually refer to the woman he claims to love as though she were dead? It smacks of some unholy calculation on his part. And if Alana Stewart is part of the betrayal, I pray that someone who loves Farrah is able to intervene on her behalf. She needs protection from these predators.
ReplyDeleteI'm saying the rosary daily for Farrah, as I do whenever a family member or friend is locked in a seemingly endless fight for life. God bless you, Allan, for your efforts on Farrah's behalf.
Allen,
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU FOR THIS, Farrah would never want this kind of publicity , and this it was is so sick to me.
It is just so sad that a person whom we truly do not know her real medical condition, coherent or not might sign over everything to a few has beens- I also question the whereabouts of KATE JACKSON, JACLYN SMITH, AND JOAN DANGERFIELD, IN THIS -I did think Candy Spelling when interviewed on Larry King was holding back ,as she was as stiff as concrete.
May this end in a way that Farrah wants- HEALTH AND FAIRNESS- !
T-BOY
If he really did love her, he would have single minded focus only on finding her miracle cure.
ReplyDeleteAnd that's it. Nothing else would matter.
He would be on the phone every day to Dr. Piro inquiring on the progress of finding her miracle cure.
He would not have turned Farrah's Story in a sequel of Love Story where he could grab the limelight and the focus of sympathy, whining "Why are they taking my girl?" by recreating his Oliver Barrett role and turning Farrah into Ali MacGraw.
The focus would on her and only her.
Actually, I think Ryan O'Neal's performance in Farrah's Story is his best performance yet. He and Alana Stewart deserve eachother. I read an interview with Redmond O'Neal after his April visit with Farrah where he was shackled, where he stated she whispered, "they're trying to drug me." Wouldn't Ryan have to be her guardian for medical care in order to authorize and control her treatments?
ReplyDeleteHELLO...I AGREE WITH MOST OF THE ABOVE....BUT WHO AM I? ...A PERSON LIKE YOU...OR YOU... ... ...OR YOU...?...GOD GAVE US FREE CHOICE, AND I WOULD NOT EVEN PRESUME TO TRY TO CHANGE THAT...I FEEL THAT THIS IS A WISDOM...THAT WILL BE GIVEN TO US AS WE NEED IT...FARRAH....DEAR LADY...REMEMBER THE TEACHINGS OF THE CHURCH...THE SACRED RITE OF MARRIAGE...AND THE LAWS...DON'T LET ANYONE BULLY YOU INTO ANYTHING...REMEMBER YOUR STATE OF MIND AND THE NEEDS THAT NOW PRESENT THEMSELVES BEFORE YOU...YOU ARE LOVED AND YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER IF YOU NEED TO TALK...WE OL' LADIES MUST RELY ON EACH OTHER......i LOVE MY CHARM...THAT WORKED "LIKE A CHARM"...FROM "BABY", AND SO DO MY GRANDDAUGHTERS... TAKE CARE, BE CAREFUL AND MAY OUR DEAR LORD HOLD YOU IN HIS LOVING ARMS...PROTECT YOU...GRANT YOLU WISDOM AND MOST OF ALL, THE PEACE THAT ONLY HE CAN GIVE...HE WILL GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO ACCEPT WHATEVER IS HIS WILL...THE THINGS YOU CAN NOT CHANGE...THE COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS YOU CAN...AND THE WISDOM...TO KNOW THE DIFFERANCE...YOUR COUSIN...IN THE FAITH...EVEN IF YOU DON'T REMEMBER...ALWAYS...J
ReplyDeleteYour post was quite eloquent and to the point. Thank you for standing up for Farrah , this is a travesty. I knew the moment i saw her best friend and Ryan O'Neal in the spotlights over Farrah something was terribly wrong. Neither one of these two has done a thing to mention in years that was of any value in the arts. I am from the state of Texas and for a fellow Native Texan , i say thank you God for the chance to share her light, much of her work is great and should be remembered as such. Rest in Peace now you will be a real Angel :)
ReplyDeleteUgh, I think this ugliness would disgust her.
ReplyDeleteWhether Ryan is behaving like a loving partner or not, is beyond our control. She clearly loves the man, knowing all that he is capable of. I truly think she'd be appalled.
On the other hand, she is a beautiful woman, inside and out. Maybe too trusting? Who knows? All I know for a fact is that she's dying of cancer, she believes in God, and the rest will be sorted out in the end. I DO hope that people get what they have coming to them if they've been abusive, thieving, conniving pigs. Or even cheating, for that matter.
Denise
OMGGGG...This is just sickening. I knew my gut instincts were right about Alana and the CREEP.Something just wasn't right about her TV special. How do these people sleep at night?
ReplyDeleteThank you Allen.
God Bless You Farrah, You are soon to be a Heavenly Angel.
I agree with everything that has been said about Ryan. He's a snake - and finally getting some publicity... poor Farrah.
ReplyDeleteFarrah is in no shape to marry Ryan. let her die in peace.
ReplyDeleteShe needs Jesus Christ, (The Word of God, John 1:1) not the "God" of Catholcism who is a false god and a man made religious image. This "God" cannot save anyone.
ReplyDeleteHes in it for her money. Whos he kidding? Poor Farrah shes a beautiful lady inside & out. Its very heartbreaking to see her go thru this. I loved Charlies Angels as a kid. She deserved sooooooooo much better in life. Farrah I hope you find peace sweetheart. Heaven Is Getting a SPECIAL ANGEL. Lisa
ReplyDeletePerhaps you should get a job with TMZ! It's quite disgusting that you -- whomever you are -- should profess to care for Farrah, while, at the same time, disrespecting the people she loves most in her life!
ReplyDeleteRyan O'Neal is an aging pig with no conscious. I'm appalled that he is capable of saying the things he's said about the woman he claims is the love of his life, running around town with that smirk you just want to slap, as if it's a mindless reality show. He's a con artist, in it for the money, as all of his money went up his and Redmond's noses. What did she EVER see in him? What did she ever do to deserve this? Be strong lady, be at peace, continue the fight.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous (post above)Oh please do shut up-- I am a Christian and I find your post revolting. People like you neither need to be seen nor heard-
ReplyDeleteOn Ryan- I saw the special and I had a odd unsettling feeling when watching him -- it was grandstanding, he referred to her oddly- and not in a loving way- he was 100 % fake and playing for the camera-- it was sickening-- I feel so bad for Farrah - Alana is supposed to be a friend-- how ghoulish all of this is. May Karma be big and bold with these two---
I met Farah when I lived in Malibu- Once when I was trying to merge into traffic From Alice's Reataurant on PCH-- no car would let me in-- but she did-- she waved me in while the other cars were honking- she was smiling and giggling as I was - and waved to me when I looked in the rear view mirror - I waved thanks back.
I ran into her later at the Malibu Health Rehabilitation Center -- I recognized her in the lobby-- I said I know you ! You let me on on PCH ! She laughed and smiled and said Yes! I remember I am glad you made it !
Such a lovely person.... May the God of Peace and Love give her peace in an abundant measure, and if his will take her into HIS loving arms.
Well I guess I've always been the one to walk the unbeaten path. If Farrah didn't love Ryan, why would she have him involved in all of her treatments, why would she spend so much time in his Malibu Beach house and not her own in the city miles away. She is a smart woman, you think she does'nt know what is happening if there is something happening between Alana and Ryan. Maybe she is at peace with the fact that Ryan will have a companion when she departs. I am sure it isnt easy for any of them the fact of their son's drug addiction. AS far as what the MEDIA says about Ryan, we all know what untrue things that splash the covers my many rags to get the buyers attention. So very sad.
ReplyDeleteI just hope that all these terrible things being said are someone's attempt at a good ol Ryan bashing and not the truth. Farrah to me has always been a beautiful dignified woman, lets let her remain that way instead of shaming her with the affiliation of the filth that is mentioned.
I am the age of Farrah and this is the firt time in my life I have ever written anything regarding a celebrity. I am so sad for Farrah when she first appeared I so wished I could copy her hair as did everyone but to no avail. I watched her performance in the Burning Bed twice and this was at a time in my life when I also was going through abuse. What I am trying to say is Farrah has in some ways influenced my life as she has so many others. I hate the thought that she is going through this, and being the same age I am now looking at my own mortality as does anyone at a time like this. I wish her well on her next journey, I know in my heart that she will be in a far better place than we are. No more sorrow, no more disappointment, no more pain only gentle breezes and an all encompassing love. Having said that, I wish to say this the rumors regarding Alana and Ryan do not surprise me a bit. I had a feeling that something was amiss. Shame on you Ryan and Alana if these rumors are true no one can punish you worse than your own thoghts after Farrah is gone. At first I thought how wonderful that Ryan is at her side and how wonderful to have a friend like Alana well that thought is gone unless you prove yourselves to be the good people that you profess to be. How seedy, tawdry and downright nasty of you if indeed you are acting in the manner that has been pointed out. Redmond get your head out of your butt get your stuff together get away from the druggies in CA and live a life that honors your Mother.
ReplyDeleteWe will miss you Fair Haired Angel
ReplyDeleteFarrah Fawcett dies age 62
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Actress Farrah Fawcett died on Thursday after a long battle with anal cancer, her spokesman said. She was 62.
Fawcett, who rose to fame as the star of U.S. television's "Charlie's Angels", was first diagnosed with anal cancer in late 2006. She died in a Los Angles hospital.
Farrah Fawcett dies age 62
ReplyDeleteWas hoping this would have ended a different way!
I don't like getting into peoples business....I'm just happy that Farrah is now with our Loving Father and is at peace.
ReplyDeleteDear Allen,
ReplyDeleteGod bless you and a heartfelt thank you! You expressed exactly everything that has been troubling me since I heard O'Neal's devious plan! I could not have said it any better! May our beautiful Farrah now rest in peace something I believe has alluded her with O'Neal in her life for so very long. Vivian, Southern California
To Denise (previous post, above)
ReplyDeleteHERE, HERE!!!!
I, too, am a Christian, and wholeheartedly agree with you. I think you have spoken for SO MANY. Thank you, Sandra
I am a little bit shocked to see all the people that seem to be in the 'know' about what is going on in Farrah's house. It seems like everyone wants to act like Farrah had no clue as to what is going on behind her back. She was a very smart woman and its pretty obvious from the TV special the level of involvement he had with her that she loved Ryan and seemed to be at peace with her relationship so who are we to bash her love? Its something that she wanted to do and seemed happy so lets stop all the gossip and bashing and just reflect on a beautiful life that was cut way too short.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with the above post!!! Gossip is just that. Gossip. If you don't like him so what? Who cares? Farrah loved him and that is all that mattered. Its not like she asked anyones thoughts on if he was a good enough mate or not.
ReplyDeleteThe focus should be totally on a beautiful woman that has been in front of the camera for years and was a wonderful and talented woman.
Feeling sad that Farrah's gone, but glad she's now away from all these "people who love her".
ReplyDeleteWhat a collection of losers!.
: i THINK THAT THIS IS THE TIME TO PRAY AND NOT TO HASH OUT OPINIONS. FARRAH WAS THE TRUE WORD "ANGEL" TO HAVE DEALT WITH HER CANCER, RYAN AND HER SON. MAY GOD HELP ALANA, IF THE GOSSIP IS' TRUE. YOU WILL BE MISSED FARRAH. LOURDES, NEW JERSEY
ReplyDeleteI loved Farrah and followed her too in life, May she rest in peace and no matter what the truth of those she loved, she knows it now. I am not a fan of Ryan and his acting in the documentary is pretty horrible, I really feel for Redmond. God keep him safe, I hope he can change his life in honor of his Mama.
ReplyDeleteI many times over the years have wondered why dying brings out the worst and greed in some people. I have wondered many times why O'Neal is poision to his children. He has left them all damaged. I hope Redmond can overcome part of his heritage and make his Mother proud.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very sad day.
ReplyDeleteShe was the most beautiful starlet of her generation and the stars did align that made her an iconic star, which doesn't usually happen.
I hope the stars align for her again in Heaven.
only God knows the plan he has for Everyone!!! It is our job to expand his Kingdom and not put others down. I'm excited to see the changes that will come because of God and the death of a beautiful woman. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
ReplyDeleteAs strong of a woman that Farrah seemed to be, she definately had a head on her shoulders. Hopefully she had all of her estate entrusted to a Lawyer who will be guardian over Redmonds inheiratence. God be with Redmond and Mr. Fawcett.
ReplyDeleteAllen Miller, You are the scum right now. To think that Ryan O'Neal is a bad influence for Farrah Fawcett is just ludricous! Ryan may have made a few mistakes in his life, but I believe in second chances and God's forgiveness for everyone. Ryan has been the strong person and special friend with Farrah while she battled this cancer and even before her 2006 diagnosis. Couples have their issues from time to time, and Ryan and Farrah had theirs, but their strong love and friendship that they have together could never be dismantled no matter what you and everyone else tried to do to them. Ryan had the best of intentions in asking Farrah to marry him and she said yes to that. Unfortunately, time was not on their side to do a small wedding ceremony after Farrah went back into the hospital this week. Now, I suggest that you, your cronies, friends, and everyone who has written on this page blasting Ryan's character and credentials do the right thing, tone this down to nothing, ask God for forgiveness for your nastiness, and remember Farrah for who she was and her huge brave fight against this rare aggressive cancer. Also, let's do what Farrah has suggested: Keep the fight against all types and forms of cancer alive in her memory, and work very hard to press for more new treatments and possible cures for this dreaded disease! We also lost Ed McMahon this week who was also battling some form of cancer himself. Remember Farrah, pray for her family and friends, including her long time friend, Alana Stewart, and especially her son, Redmond, who will have to go on and serve his time in prison and rehab for drug abuse without his mom to talk to. I just hope that the loss of his mom does not set him back on any progress that he's been making on his rehab. This will be hard on him, and I do hope that the correction authorities will allow him to go to her memorial or funeral service when that is set up.
ReplyDeleteWell, enough of my soapbox, but people, please don't villify Ryan O'Neal and everyone that has been a part of Farrah's life. That's the WRONG thing to do at this time!
May God bless Farrah's soul as she finally rests in peace with no pain from cancer!
Chari Mercier :) St. Pete, FL
There is absolutely no way this is an official blog....are you kidding me?! What kind of money-grabbing stalker freak fan *ARE* you, anyway?!?!?!
ReplyDeleteAnd...Dr. Laura....please
Thank god there are people to talk to about misrepresenting yourself this way.
Sorry to hear of her passing, but glad she is no longer in physical pain.
ReplyDeleteDid Ryan O'Neil ever marry her? I heard that she said 'yes', but trust more voices here than the tabloids.
My heart hurts today because we have lost one of the most courageous people to come along in such a long time. Farrah lived her life wanting to help and this she truly did. In the darkest of times she shared them with us only in the hopes of helping us to see there is only hope and to never give up.
ReplyDeleteIt really does not matter if Mr. O’Neal wanted to marry her or not, he never got the chance. The only thing I would like to comment on this is if he truly loved her and wanted to marry her he would have done so well before he ask. It seems he was waiting for her to be at deaths door before he would make the commitment.
I have and will continue to be a fan of Farrah's and will remember her for the work she did in front of the camera and for her private struggles she shared with us. I am greatful for the light she helped shine on the subject of battered women and the strength she showed in confronting her batter. I will also miss her smile and laugh. She was truly a joy to know and to talk with.
She is in a better place and no longer in pain her body once again whole. In knowing this it makes the pain a little more bearable. She will truly be missed by many.
I thought I was the only one that got a creepy feeling watching Ryan and Alana.
ReplyDeleteAnyone that would say 'just nod her head' is NOT thinking of that person in the positive.
As far as her son, Redmond, is concerned.
I don't think he has ever held down a job.
What a waste.
Farrah was so much better than Charlie's Angels too. She was awesome in The Burning Bed and Extremeties.
Rest in Peace Farrah, you so deserve it.
Thanks for this great letter. I didn't realize what he was up to and thought that it was their love that was leading them to the alter, not Ryan's ulterior motive, whatever that may be. Poor Farrah, may she rest in peace.
ReplyDeleteThis goes back 10 years. When Redmond was in a youth residential program (my son was there too) part of the healing process required that we attend personal growth seminars. Farrah was genuinely working to make different choices and to live an even better life and to do this for herself, not just for her son. Ryan was there for show. Not long after that he thought he knew better than the therapists and others at the program and brought his son home before he had a chance to finish. It seems that Ryan has undermined everything Farrah has done to help her son. I'm so happy the marriage didn't happen as I would see it as a way to take control of her estate and continueto control Redmond. May God bless her in the afterlife.
ReplyDeleteWell done Mr Miller, it needed to be said and I thank you for having the courage to do it.
ReplyDeleteRyan O'Neal peaked way too early and has been hanging on to the coat tails of fame by the skin of his teeth for so many, many years. Unfortunatley Farrah's sad plight has enabled him to hang on for just a bit longer.
Joan, England
He should be ashamed of himself, but I doubt very much his ability to recognise that sense. I suspect that he is better at recognising dollar signs and PR opportunities.
God bless Farrah and all those who really loved her, especially you.
God bless you Farrah and to hell with Ryan O'Neil and Alana Stewart
ReplyDeleteThis is undignified. Not O'Neal's proposal but you reacting publicly to his proposal. What business is this of yours? What business is it of OURS? I understand that O'Neal has a terrible reputation and I'm not, by any stretch, pretending he's a good guy -- but your letter is the most contemptible, undignified insult to Farrah (and her memory) that I can imagine.
ReplyDeleteTo think I stumbled upon this judgmental piece of garbage while Googling for places I could leave condolences! Shame on you. What happened between Farrah and Ryan in her last weeks and days is nobody's business but their own.
I so agree with you Lynn and the few who have commone sense about this matter. To pass judgement on a man that you know nothing personally about except from someone that seems to be grandstanding. Farrah had PLENTY of time to leave Ryan and she didn't.
ReplyDeleteYou guys are really sad to think you actually know all of Ryans and Farrahs business when you don't. Lets be mature adults and remember a fun and sexy yet smart woman. She loved who she loved and it was no ones business except theirs!
did anyone actually read the article where it came out that oneil and his little tramp girlfriend almost made it where the show was neveraired, it seems that Alana told the producers that she would pull the plug on the footage unless her pay for the show was raised to $ 200,000 I looked at that and then saw the "sequal " coming and I said to myself, these people are using her as a money making tool. what a tragic turn of events. Our God knows what really went on in that house and his punishment will be in due time, remember ryan and Alana, .. what comes around ... goes around, Farrah, your fight is over, rest in the arms O christ jesus
ReplyDeleteThis isn't an official blog of Farrah's; it's someone exploiting her.
ReplyDeleteShameless!
It's very sad if this is a true story about Ryan. He has never been a good role model to his kids but I still feel he loved Farah a lot. They had something pretty special and I'm sure at the end Ryan being a week person was looking for comfort. I think that when a lot of people grieve they do things like this and many times with friends that are also sharing the same grief. The bottom line is it's so sad we lost a women at such a young age and if nothing else we should always live life to the fullest. That is what we all can learn from Farah because you never know what lies around the cornor
ReplyDeletefarrah fawcett rest in peace / gene texas
ReplyDeleteIt does not matter what you or I think/feel about Ryan O'Neal in this matter...obviously Farrah wanted him at her side while she fought the cancer and if that helped her that's all that matters.
ReplyDeleteMAY ALL WOMEN IN THE WORLD LEARN TO LOVE AND RESPECT THEM SELFS. THIS IS THE BIGEST LERNING FROM OUR DEAR FARRHA. NOW YOU ARE FREE TO SHAIN FARRAH !
ReplyDeleteIt made me cry. I do remember that every girl wanted to be like her and to look like her. I still have some photos of me with my hair following her style. She was an icon in Charlie's Angel because she portrayed a powerful woman and yet, she was gorgeous, charming, feminine and strong. This was a time in which women were trying to find their role in society. It was enlightening to know as a teenager that I could embrace a similar role, being professionally successful and keep my femininity and looks, defying social stereotypes. To the end, she remained an example of power, strength and beauty. I will miss her.
ReplyDeleteHe wanted her money and all assets left to him to support his bad habits.
ReplyDeleteGood for her for not marrying that man.
He always has been the bad boy of Hollywood, and his children have followed in his shoes.
Well now the spotlight will be on him for a while, let's see what he does.
It is amazing that all the comments are positive toward the letter writer. I for one think that no matter what, Ryan O'Neal has loved her and has taken care of her all these years. It was Farrah who broke up with him in the first place. I also have had anal cancer (an extremely rare form of cancer, but found early it is very treatable and I know what the treatment is like and I know that without Ryan and her friends she would never have made it this far. Back off and let the poor woman rest in peace. No matter what the ulterior motives have been wheather positive or negative, all of the people involved will have to answer for it in the end with our Lord and Savior.
ReplyDeleteMy sentiments are those as Lynn and Shady's. All I wanted was to leave a note of condolences and instead am appalled at this shameless exploitation into other people's lives. We cannot judge Ryan O'Neal. It is not our place to do so. In the memory of Farrah Fawcett, trust that she was as intelligent as she was beautiful. It was her business and that will always be so.
ReplyDeleteToo little, too late Ryan.
ReplyDeleteRyan O'Neill is a poor excuse for a human being. Always has been and always will be. I never liked him from the get go when he was Farrah's husband's "best friend". He is only out for himself - period. I feel sorry for his children. Farrah was first class but O'Neill was the bottom of the barrel. He and Stewart are nothing but washed up has beens looking to shine through Farrah's agony. I don't think anyone was fooled by his phony performanace in Farrah's Story
ReplyDeleteI have followed Farrah since the 70's and have always idiolized her beauty and strength. I pray for her son may he use this time to memoralize his mothers' memory by doing what would make her proud. God bless her for the impact she has made on so many peoples' lives. ReplyDeleteI have disliked Ryan for many years. Farrah has gone to a better place where he cannot get to her. I thank God she did not get a chance to marry him. Watching Farrah's story made me see what a skank Alana is and Ryan is right at her side. Neither one showed any feelings during the story. Phony tears from Ryan fooled no one. You both will get yours.
ReplyDeleteFarrah my heart goes out to you. Rest in peace. I'm glad your not here to see what is going on in your own home. I love you.
they have been together for what 30 years . she has to know him very good after that long . my opinion is that she loves ryan and he loves her or they would not have been together that long. i know they broke up and got back but they always got back together ...
ReplyDeleteI knew it!!when I watched "Farrah's story" I knew there was something going on with those two, I could sense it! let the ho and scum be together and may they never see a dime of precious Farrah's money!!!
ReplyDeleteGod Bless you Farrah, our new forever angel. We love you, miss you, and honor you.
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to Farrah ....she's a great loving woman ..... sending my condolences to the family ...... r.i.p farrah your a wonderful lady ....miss you ......
ReplyDeleteAllen S. Miller ... you are every bit the pig that you claim Ryan to be. You've had your 15 minutes of fame on her coat tails ... now be quiet. It will be obvious what O'Neal's intentions are ... good or bad. She made her choice and it wasn't you. Get over it and let her rest in peace.
ReplyDeleteThis was an eye opener, I had no idea he was such an a@@. She was so brave and strong right up to the end, I am happy that she has found peace.
ReplyDeleteMY BEST FRIEND DIED FROM CANCER AND SHE WAS ASLEEP MOST OF THE TIME BECAUSE OF MORPHINE FED VERY REGULAR INTERVALS SHE COULD NOT STRING THREE WORDS TOGETHERFOR 7 DAYS. SO I DONT THINK farrah would be saying yes to a marriage SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN TO WEAK TO EVEN KNOW WHAT HE WAS SAYING....RIP ANGEL..
ReplyDeleteI've never cared for Ryan and always thought Farrah deserved much better. It made me sick to see his constant crocodile tears on every friggin TV show and interview. He sounded like a narcissist. If it's true about the Ryan/Alana relationship...disgusting.
ReplyDeleteFarrah was fighting cancer for several years don't you think she had the foresight to get her estate and affairs in order during this time? Of course she did. While I am not a fan of Ryan O'Neal, he did seem to be a source of comfort to her, as did Alana. People do odd things when they are sick because they are put in a dependent role, they are forced to be sub-serviant so their needs can be met. As far as Farrah's organization goes she set it up some time ago, so all donations need to be sent to that address. It has nothing to do with Ryan of Alana, it has a board of directors etc. Farrah never married Ryan because she was divorced from Lee Majors, and did not get a dispensation from the Catholic Church. I doubt she ever applied for one. I hope it isn't true about Ryan and Alana, but if it is than they should feel shame, yet if it is true, at least they kept her from knowing. I believe Ryan loved Farrah, and she him, but love hasn't stopped many other men from doing their thing. As far as Redmond goes he is rather shallow and did not seem overly distraught over his mother's condition. Something will come out if what is stated here is true. The last I heard Ryan and Alana were feuding.
ReplyDeleteRest in peace, Farrah. I will miss your smile and your giggles that sounded like wind chimes.
ReplyDeleteNow and forever an Angel.
I will always love and admire you,
Lynn
I was saddened to hear about Farrah's death from cancer. I so admire her strength and courage to do the documentary to show people what cancer "is". I was creeped out by what Ryan O'Neal said about nodding her head yes. That isn't love by any stretch of the imagination. That wasn't even a respectful comment to make. Why would he be speaking publicly about Farrah at all since "privacy" was so important to her. I hope there is someone not in the "inner circle" that is the executer of her will so there won't be any foul play. My wish for her son Redmond, is to get the help he needs to fight the addiction and clean up his life. It is possible. He must distance himself from those that are "triggers" for his relapse. Stay close to God. Redmond, your life is just beginning. Do something good with it!
ReplyDeleteSincerely,
An Adoring Fan
I am sad what Farraf had gone through. Growing up watching her..I sometimes wished that she would would have a better life had she reconciled with Lee Majors in the late 70's but I guess fate would not have that way when she met Ryan. Boy was he a bumper! In comparison Lee called Farrah on her 62 birthday and spoke for 40 minutes. That was sweet of him. He claimed the 'Farrah story" was over done...I agree with him. In truth Lee still loves Farrah...I wonder why she never wanted to go back to him..afterall it was because of Lee's clout she got her stardom. A real pity.
