Due to significant issues with copyright ownership, etc, www.FarrahFawcett.us will not be returning online to sell Farrah Fawcett memorabilia. My Lott does appear to be authorized or licensed to sell the likeness of Farrah Fawcett online or anywhere else for that matter. Mr. Lott was the manager of www.FarrahFawcett.US and held a minority 25% stake in the ownership with Ms. Fawcett in this website. As you are aware the licensing rights have reverted to the Farrah Fawcett’s estate on June 25 2009 when she succumbed to her long battle with Cancer. Mr. Lott was attempting to find a server to hold the web page to no avail. Mr. Lott was attempting to look overseas for a site outside the reach of United States laws and jurisdiction.
I realize there are numerous people out there that have not received the items they have ordered prior to the site being taken down by the law firm working for the estate of Farrah Fawcett. Many people have reportedly sent complaints to Paypal as well as their credit card companies, and in one instance to the FBI. I have no response to this as Mr. Lott has not responded to our repeated phone calls or emails. Mr. Lott's email address is beartex11@yahoo.com . I hope this sheds light on our position in this relationship. When and if Mr. Lott provides us more information as to what course of action he is taking we will keep you apprised.

He should get in contact with us who have not recieved our merchandise.Everybody knows who he is and where he's from and if banks and credit card companies get one to many complaints then he will get in trouble.I hope he makes good on all this. He should do it for Farrah after all it was her name that's at stake and her former website and she trusted him to do so.

ReplyDeleteAnd I will add that this DOES support what I had been saying. If you look at my posts from the letter post, I said all along that Lott was fishy and now it comes out that his OWN PR team seems to have doubts too.

Yeah I agree that when THIS post went up all things went sideways. It looks like the truth is making its way out and maybe it IS Greg Lott or someone he hired to create this mess. Either way, it was fun while it lasted but I cannot keep coming back here to defend posts that are SUPPOSED to be from me. Things do seem to be coming out and personally I believed all along that Greg and Farrah were "just friends". Nothing in any of those letters really indicate anything else. Most people with friends will sign their name love (whoever). And Allen...what's the real story. What are you really doing about all of this? You were supposed to "Expose" the truth...so what's the truth.

It would be interesting to know what assets Sweetened By Risk LLC controls. That may be where Farrah put the bulk of the assets of her estate. Francis and O'Neal took control of SBR LLC in April. Now I see the value of Nevius' lawsuit. Was the takeover of SBR LLC done legally?
Lott created 2 Texas companies to own the FF.us website. But they were deactivated by the state of Texas because Lott failed to obtain a Registered Agent to establish a point of contact for lawsuits against those companies. I guess that leaves Lott without limitations on his liability for FF.us that those companies could have provided.
It's not just Lott with liability for FF.us.
It's also FF's estate.

Becoming knowledgeable of legal principles is basic survival training in our litiguous society. It helps you in interviewing lawyers to find a good one when you need to hire one.
That's why I use alot of legal lingo.
All I said was given O'Neal's business manager, last name Francis, is executor of Farrah's trust for Redmond, and Francis was given CEO authority over FF's company, SBR LLC, which is a main issue of dispute in Craig Nevius' lawsuit, it would be very interesting to learn about what assets are controlled by SBR LLC.

BTW I have seen pics of both Gregg and Farrah in college and the photos that are on the net of them both suggests that Greg has seen Farrah a few times since college so Anon seems to have that information wrong. So makes me wonder what else they have wrong

The last photo that we know of is from 2001 of Greg and farrah together. Weather there are other photos from 2002-2009 who knows.Time will tell
